Future Cast is an Innovation, Education, and Research & Development, dedicated to advancing the Construction and Manufacturing industries. Future Cast’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies and optimised processes to enhance productivity, sustainability, and competitiveness.

This is achieved through:

• Researching and sharing the latest developments in Industry 4.0 technologies with our member companies
• Actively exploring innovations such as digitalisation, automation, data-driven decision-making, and smart technology integration
• Providing valuable insights and practical solutions that address real-world industry challenges
• Supporting companies in embracing advancements that strengthen and prepare the industrial sector for the future.

Future Cast is committed to a diverse industry and workforce, and this is reflected in several key initiatives that complement the WEC project. Projects include training women in digital technologies, mentorship programmes, hands on training, networking opportunities, providing toolkits and templates for companies on how to embed gender equity in their organisations and online courses for women interested in the construction industry.
