Future Cast

Future Cast (IE) is providing innovation, education and research and development for the quarry, construction, and manufacturing industries. 

In operation since March 2021, Future Cast employs eight full time members of staff, two Erasmus students and two interns in the company. FC courses focus on emerging technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence and their applicability to industry to reduce costs and improve efficiency. FC are the promoters of the Industry 4.0 Skillnet providing upskilling and reskilling opportunities in using innovative technologies to address industry needs.

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University

Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (LT) is one of the biggest research universities in Lithuania with a focus on technologies and engineering and a strong emphasis on university business cooperation. 

VilTech figures over 8400 students (15,1% of international students), 10 different faculties, 3 research centres, 13 research institutes, 22 research laboratories, 104 study programs, 475 higher education and research partner institutions in 62 countries and around 300 business partners. VilTech has extensive experience in the implementation of international projects within the Erasmus+ programme (Capacity Building, International Credit Mobility, Strategic Partnerships, Knowledge Alliances, Skills Alliances), Horizon2020, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Marie Curie and other EU funded programmes). Each year VilTech implements over 70 international projects as a partner or coordinator. The results of the projects contribute to the advancement of the university curriculum as well as facilitate international research and academic activities.

Outside Media & Knowledge UG

Outside Media & Knowledge UG (DE) is a German inclusion specialist focusing on hard-to-reach groups, especially NEETS & women, those of migrant and multicultural background, and diversity in its many forms. 

OUTSIDE started as a volunteer initiative in 2018 when the Outside Multicultural Magazine was founded (www.outsidemagazine.ie), growing into an enterprise with a social mission, due to their reach and knowledge sharing potential. The online magazine reached multicultural groups, fighting the gender gap and giving voices to women who would otherwise be underrepresented. It used storytelling and showcasing though video, interviews and case studies, to spread the messages of women, longing for equality, inclusion and belonging. OUTSIDE also used positive narratives to show success stories of female entrepreneurs and female led initiatives.

Pannonia Consulting

Pannonia Consulting (HR) is a startup company specializing in improving the business of young companies, civil society organizations and individuals, primarily young entrepreneurs. 

They offer a range of services including but not limited to, business development, strategic planning, career counselling, rural development and the development of new curricula. They provide several non-formal educations for VET-users and VET-providers, such as management of volunteering, importance of volunteering in crisis situations, education on starting crowdfunding campaigns, education on creating strategic and operational plans, writing a CV and job applications, strengthening communication and presentation skills, self-employment and business start-up options, basics of public procurement, stress management, behaviour in conflict situations and team role analysis, management and business management, and developing entrepreneurial skills. Pannonia will bring its expertise in the field of project management (they took part in or managed more than 50 projects with a combined value of over 10 million euros.), curriculum development for VET providers and non-formal education to its projects.

Spin / Okret

Spin / Okret (BA) is an organisation active in Mostar, Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, since 2017 and is actively working on developing projects, activities and methodologies involving the combination of learning and experience – experiential learning. 

At the local level, their work is closely related with cooperation with VET providers, namely 6 technical vocational high schools in cities of Mostar, Stolac and Konjic; as well as 2 private universities based in the wider Mostar region. Together with VET stakeholders, they are developing online education materials (such as online courses, MOOCs, webinars, online conferences…), as well as promoting digital transformation in youth work and VET sector aiming to increase quality level of work of VET providers, promote digital safety and well-being among citizens with fewer opportunities, and promote digital entrepreneurship as a tool for combating high levels of unemployment in their local community. Added value to this project that Spin (BA) brings apart from close cooperation with VET providers at the local level is also experience in participation in large-scale projects at the European level and expertise of staff coming from different backgrounds: experts in NFE education and training, in IT sector and economy.

ZENOS

ZENOS (BA) is an SME located in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They started operating in 2019, and their focus is on marketing and education. 

In terms of marketing, they have extensive experience in social media marketing, writing marketing plans, developing marketing strategies, disseminating reports, and creating promotional content. They have worked on numerous projects where they have honed our marketing skills, particularly in reaching target audiences through social media with engaging content. In addition to marketing, education is another area of their expertise. Their team comprises experienced educators, and they have conducted a large number of online and live VET (Vocational Education and Training) activities in the fields of economic empowerment of marginalized groups, entrepreneurship, intercultural intelligence, and diversity, with a special focus on women and youth. They will be contributing to the dissemination of project results and coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders during the whole project duration.

Engineer Marko Radević Secondary School of Civil Engineering and Geodesy

Engineer Marko Radević Secondary School of Civil Engineering and Geodesy (ME) is the only vocational school in Montenegro where secondary school (age 15 – 19) students solely acquire knowledge and skills in the fields of construction, spatial planning and geodesy. 

These areas are currently one of the most profitable areas of business due to the fact that construction in Montenegro and the surrounding area is in a great expansion. The school offers four-year specializations for the profiles such as: building construction technician, civil engineering and hydraulic engineering technician, architecture and interior design technician, technician for the decoration and arranging of space, and geodesy technician.

CRCA

CRCA (AL) has more than 25 years of experience for NEET citizens empowerment and social services. 

It is the organization that led the efforts to draft Youth Law in Albania that introduced the establishment of youth work in Albania, including the design of the new architecture for youth services across the country. Meanwhile for the last 25 years they have been supporting unemployed citizens, their, engagement and political empowerment, through their regular programmes.
